German speaking PVA Teamlead

We are looking for a German-speaking Pharmacovigilance Team Lead for our multinational SSC Partner in Budapest.
Your responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day work
Tracking of activities on a daily basis for the project
Timely reporting of Metrics and updating related quality tools/ trackers for deliverables
Setting performance goals for the team
Ensure appropriate distribution of work among direct reports
Ensure proper communication with client (as applicable)
Ensure completion of training plan for all direct reports
Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are maintained as per contractual agreement
Perform annual performance appraisals of direct reports and provide regular feedback to the team
Reporting to their supervisor on performance, status and any escalations for the team
Responsible for motivation and retention of the team
Communication of Resource issues / Resignations / Absconder to supervisor
Managing assessment and development of team members
Ensure Audit readiness at all times
Ensure adherence to internal and client procedures for self and team
Ensuring training compliance and proper documentation is maintained in line with Global Training Plan (GTP) / Global Training Transcript (GTT) for self and team
Lead / guide associates in process improvement initiatives in agreement with Client
What you need to succeed
Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance area of which is minimum 1 year of experience in handling teams
Degree in Life Sciences is a must-have
Good spoken and written German and English proficiency (at least B2)
