German speaking Senior Project Management Office Support Specialist

Supporting the Enterprise Sales Steering (ESS) in Germany's B2B Small and Medium Enterprise business channels. Provide administrative support to projects / workstreams / governance processes concerning their planning, development, and implementation.
Ensure the seamless functioning and continuous improvement of processes, enabling efficient decision-making across the business/ function. Organize meetings of the project members, manage communication with stakeholders, check if the project went through the proper approval gates, ensure engagement of all stakeholders, monitor and report progress, facilitate administration.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor, measure and document project progress, prepare project status reports.
- Facilitate successful setup and implementation of projects and workstreams.
- Support the preparation of customer-facing proposals, PPT slidedecks, technical solution documentations.
- Support budget planning and project targets (in terms of administrative tasks, calls, governance support)
- Drive and control scheduling for meetings and workshops, prepare agenda, meeting documents and -minutes, manage approval pipeline.
- On operational and improvement projects to drive continuous growth and efficiency
- Create project plans, risk analysis and gap analysis.
- Track and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain content on learning platforms for external partners.
- Report on updates and progress to management.
- Fluent German and intermediate English language knowledge
- Experience in PMO support (reporting, coordination, logistics, project plan updates) or similar support role in business/ IT
- Functional/ business experience, familiar with the processes of the function/ business
- Advanced computer skills: MS Office
