If the answer is YES, click to apply!Guide and manage a team of 10-15 (Senior) Accountants to ensure high-quality accounting services for all customers. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, plan and monitor team capacity and workload, and hire additional team members as needed. Coordinate and control knowledge transfer processes, ensuring smooth post go-live stabilization of finance operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a motivating work atmosphere, lead by example in cross-functional teamwork, and actively drive change management. Coach and motivate team members to achieve their best performance. Lead and participate in various projects, including process optimization initiativesBe involved in daily operations and participate in periodical closing processesEnsure adherence to DTPs (detailed process documentation) during the knowledge transfer phaseMonitor daily transactions and the overall performance of the accounting departmentApprove journal entries by auditing transactions for accuracyManage monthly closings and prepare monthly financial statementsOversee year-end closing processesResolve bank-related issues, including fee anomalies and discrepanciesReview and approve account and bank reconciliationsOversee asset transactions and depreciation, ensuring compliance with policiesEnsure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS accounting standardsRegularly review and approve balance sheet account reconciliationsManage asset master data, asset classes, acquisitions, disposals, revaluations, and depreciation. Control AA closing activitiesSupport the Accounting Manager in monitoring team performance against Service Level AgreementsCollaborate with the Senior Finance Manager to establish departmental KPIsBuild and maintain professional relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
