• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals, collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate global sourcing activities, defining and implementing cohesive category strategies.
• Drive category and sourcing excellence through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage global and local procurement activities, including MRO & CAPEX, and lead negotiations and contracting.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and performance management.
• Manage supplier relationships, including setting KPIs, and dispute resolution.
• Assess and mitigate supply risks and support global cost-saving and efficiency projects.
• This role may involve international travel for meetings, events, supplier visits, and trainings.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• 5-10 years of experience from a position as Global Category Manager, Technical Category Manager/Lead Negotiator or similar within the Pharma area
• Knowledge of Pharma-Engineering
• Experience with contract standards like FIDIC
• Strong analytical and strategic skills
• Ability to lead by example, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Capability to navigate a VUCA environment and handle local and global supply chain challenges effectively.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
