Global Process Engineer
Our company is part of the Premium Sound Solutions group. ,
- Design of suitable manufacturing processes in the context of bidding
- Technical support for the project-relevant areas
- Coordination of projects for the construction of special machines
- Responsibility of the project budget, tracking of costs and deadlines
- Collaboration in conceptual solutions for machines, assemblies and components
- Creation and evaluation of machine layouts
- Planning and design of workplaces, production facilities and factories
- Optimization of production processes, technology, organization and efficiency
- Creation of work instructions and process descriptions
- Execution of cycle time analyses
- Creation of process engineering program sequences taking into account lean aspects
- Qualification/validation of machines and processes
• Several years of professional experience in project management as well as in the design /design of special machines, preferably in the production of acoustic components
• Experience in different joining techniques such as gluing, riveting, soldering, screwing
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
• High level of technical understanding and imagination
• Ability to communicate and work in a team as well as high social skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Willingness to travel, ,
