Feladatok: Administrative help to senior colleagues Invoice indexing, booking invoices in SAP Download invoices from websites Scanning invoices and prepare in SAP Execute reconciliation of account balances - Support AP reporting Checking duplicates Archiving invoices Resolve requests arriving in ServiceNow Support Internal Controls and Audits Ad hoc tasks coming from PtP Team Lead/Supervisors Elvárások: English (C1 level) and Greek language knowledge Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status Intermediate MS Office knowledge Working hours Availability to work at least 20 hours per week Long development opportunity What we offer Gross salary: 2300 Ft/hour Opportunity to working for the company after the trainee program as well Home office opportunity How to apply If you are interested in this position, please fill out the form below and upload your CV.
