Group Card Analysis and Pricing expert What are the tasks? Support pricing strategy creation and execution, development of group standard pricing tools and techniques tailored to local market specifics and customer segments requirements maximizing margin revenue of each product on all markets. Collaborate effectively with other team members and external stakeholders (group, local, out of MOL) to support complex pricing decision. Support operative (daily, weekly, monthly) pricing decisions, update of list prices that serves as basis for customer and product level pricing, update of discount policy in consultation with Analysis and Pricing manager and country sales management to maximize product profitability. Support designing and development of group level consolidated, automated reporting and analysis tools, development of group fuel card business data model, introduction of advanced data analytics and datamining practices to support regular and ad-hoc data driven decision making. Support establishment of efficient and effective management framework including strategic and business planning as well as regular business performance management to ensure delivering strategic goals in terms of market share, margin revenue and operational efficiency. Support planning process considering setting of planning guidelines for margin revenue and OPEX targets, defining methodology, granularity, steps, timeline and templates. Support country plan proposals creation, coordinate data consolidation and challenge days discussions (internal and external). Support final BP proposal submission and approval process. Support organization of regular and ad-hoc business performance reviews. Support process in light that performance is continuously monitored, trends and tendencies are recognized, opportunities and threats are identified, consecutive steps are formulated, execution is consistently monitored. Support strategy and product development through contribution to strategic planning, modelling strategic scenarios of group level market share, sales volume and margin revenue. Support validation of business case calculations of proposed product development initiatives.
