We are searching for a motivated colleague, who will make an impact and participate shaping the future of MOL Group’s as a

Group Card Services Development & Sales Coordinator

Main tasks:

Coordinate the new services development and it’s communication in cooperation with Group Strategy and Product Development

Coordinate the operation of Value Added Services (e. g. toll payment solution, VAT refund, Telematics, productivity tools).

Provide support for VAS- TOLL/VAT/Telematics operation / support

Coordinate the VAS third party service providers communication

Manage VAS related cus¬tomer claim investigation and corrective actions on group level

Coordinate local dedicated services teams and sales activities

Ensure proper process descriptions and trainings for the card teams and sales teams across MOL Group

Requirements:

BSc/MSc degree in Economics/Business

2-3 years of experience from administration field

Native Hungarian language skills

Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Power Point)

Excellent written and oral communication skills
