Group Chemicals Sales Support  Main tasks Daily contact with B2B clients as well as internal stakeholders: Production, Logistics, Customer Care and Quality control departments and Subsidiaries. Receive and record orders, keep clients informed on status. Carefully follow orders and deliveries through the whole workflow and value stream. Manage weekly/monthly scheduling, changes and updates to ensure sales plans. Responsible for Customer satisfaction and engagement. Responsible to record and manage claims according to the process. Leads, supports or takes part in the investigation and handling of complaints, in the analysis of identified problems, finding solutions and manages problems. Preparation of Frame contracts. Contract management: manage signatures and archiving in line with internal policies and requirements. Handle incoming enquiries, answering phone calls, managing correspondences. Create and maintain customer records in different applications. Providing data and reports. Operate KPI evaluation and monitoring systems. Participate in meetings and negotiations.
