About the Role
We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Business Support Expert to join Digital Factory.
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for organizing of meetings, negotiating and harmonizing with partners and maintain the management’s calendar.
Organizes key Digital Factory events like QBRs at internal and external locations as well as future marketing events.
Applies a cost-effective approach in organizing travels and preparation of business trips.
Keeps track of cost and effectiveness of conference attendances and supports organization and administration.
Manages onboarding and off-boarding of Digital Factory employees and contractors.
Contributes to procurement processes of Digital Factory, supporting and coordinating the external vendor related tasks.
Actively participates in the development of training curricula by managing the planning and execution of training material preparation.
Coordinates and supports the talent management process development initiatives, contributes in the meeting and event organization, task management, KPI tracking and status reporting. Executes the connected administration and communication related task.
Drives and manages the Digital Hero quarterly nomination, selection and rewarding.
Acts as Digital Factory’s representative towards Campus team.
Prepares and submits high-quality proposals together with the Digital Transformation Lead and PMO Expert and decision-making materials for top management.
Supports the Digital Factory management team with other administrative tasks necessary for maintaining smooth operation of the organization.
About Your Experience and Skills
Education
University degree
Experience
5+ year experience at multinational companies
Professional competencies
Project management knowledge
Deep knowledge of MOL systems and databases, e. g. , SAP
Professional use of MS Office (including strong experience with PowerPoint).
Soft Skills
Result-oriented, able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Proactive mindset with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership, and team mentality.
Openness to work with different cultures across CEE and willingness to travel in the region (position involves travel in 10% of time)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hungarian and English for cross-functional collaboration.
