Group Downstream Digital Development Quality Management Expert
Multiple locations: Budapest, MOL Campus/Bratislava/Vienna/Zagreb

Scope of the position:
Digital quality assurance and management on Downstream level (Global, Local, OPCO) to support the achievement of strategic targets of DS Digital. Contributes to the development of user experience standards and guidelines to have a unified level approach across Downstream.
Your tasks will be:
Drive the development and implementation of digital quality methods, master data management frameworks, and data governance processes.
Ensure digital quality by gatekeeping digital development and checking deliverables for compliance.
Coordinate planning and measurement of digital quality while supporting its continuous improvement across Downstream operations.
Contribute to transformational and high-priority cross-business projects, focusing on digital quality and user experience standards.
Investigate application portfolio optimization to reduce operational risk and enhance decision-making quality.
We are looking for you if you have:
University or College degree preferably in business, management, engineering or IT fields,
At least 5 years working experience within digital development/ project management or similar roles,
Digitalization, strategy implementation, S4 Hana yourney, SAP competence, Power Platform competence,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
Strong stakeholder skills,
Analytical thinking,
Proactivity with a problem solving mindset.
