We are searching for an enthusiastic colleague to join our team within DS Value Chain Management as
Group DS Customer Analytics Development Manager
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To build and lead a data-driven, customer-focused organization that simplifies and digitizes the Customer Analytics process in Downstream (DS). This role increases efficiency and competitiveness, helping DS achieve MOL Group 2030 vision. Be the owner and digital ambassador of Customer Analytics in Downstream.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS:
Own and optimize Customer Analytics processes and systems.
Coordinate and supervise process and system improvements and IT CAPEX projects for DS Business units and Subsidiaries.
Translate the DS Digital Roadmap into actionable Customer Analytics roadmaps and plans.
Prioritize related projects at the Group level for efficient resource utilization.
Manage the annual CAPEX and OPEX budget for the project portfolio.
Develop a strategy for customer data analytics and establish a scalable data governance framework.
Ensure smooth cooperation with all DS Business units, Marketing, IT, Finance, and other Functional units.
Identify and implement new trends and solutions in data analytics aligned with the Downstream Digital Roadmap.
Supervise efforts to ensure focused execution, knowledge sharing, and elimination of parallel developments.
Apply best practices from external benchmarks to improve business and analytics processes and culture.
Ensure compliance with legal and company rules, including Code of Ethics, Conflict of Interest, HSE, and Data Protection regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
College or university degree (preferably in business, economics or IT related fields)
Minimum 2-3 years managerial experience, minimum 5-8 years of work experience in data analytics development and/or IT project and project portfolio management
Strong analytical mindset
IT knowledge with business acumen
Strong customer and people focus
Structured thinking and ability to plan and execute actions proactively
Collaboration, stakeholder management, communication, presentation
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
Advanced use of MS Office/O365 programs
Knowledge on agile project management is an advantage
Knowledge about MOL DS processes, systems is an advantage
Driving license
