Group Ecosystem Product Owner
We are building a digital ecosystem on top of the loyalty customer platform (MOL MOVE), driven by the vision of becoming an all-purpose mobility service provider in both B2C and B2B segments all across the region. With the ongoing refinement of our loyalty proposition and the ecosystem offering, we want reach 10 million active customers on our platform until 2030, more than doubling our existing base.
The Ecosystem Product Owner (PO) is supporting these strategic targets by delivering state-of-the-art digital products and services, in relation to the existing loyalty customer platform, with an end-to-end ownership over the customer and business input collection, evaluation, backlog management and digital product development. An ideal Ecosystem PO has a strong understanding on our technological stack and capabilities of the platform and constantly aligns with our engineering team when defining business requirements, so our vision and product ideas can be translated to technological reality.
As an Ecosystem PO, you will
Own, develop and execute the product roadmap for the assigned ecosystem products,
Based on the strategic directions and the business requirements set, constantly collect and define business requirements in the selected areas, in proactive cooperation with other business units and key stakeholders,
Document business requirements (user stories) drive the sizing and prioritization efforts, constantly manage the backlog and the product roadmap. Closely cooperate with assigned Solution Architect and the Engineering team to deliver these,
Own implementation of the selected ecosystem products using agile methodology, ensure timely and futureproof delivery. Be the single point of contact for relevant suppliers and manage supplier side project teams in both implementation and operation,
Monitor and analyze the efficiency of the allocated ecosystem stack elements, business impact of certain developments and propose developments based on it. Work with other departments to implement initiatives that drive increased impact.
Contribute directly to ecosystem results through optimization of the allocated ecosystem products (e. g. improved conversion rates / sales funnels / customer satisfaction),
Ensure constant evolution via analytics, user feedback and user testing activities, build an actionable customer feedback loop. Facilitate high quality „customer first” solutions and lay down best practices for MOL through complex, cross-channel customer journey definitions.
Facilitate or assist in a consultative role the creation of new business opportunities and digital services, ensure such ambitions are in alignment with the overall Digital ambitions for MOL.

YOU ARE AN IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:
Minimum 3 years of experience with digital products or services, preferably in product owner role, and/or 3 years of strategy consulting experience
Proven track record of delivering digital solutions and products, working closely with an engineering/IT team
Experience with product management, most importantly collection and proper definition of business requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment, managing multiple tasks in parallel
Strong project management skills
Ability to lead multi-cultural teams across borders
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Solid understanding of digital technologies (i. e. mobile, CRM, marketing automation, data analyticsetc. ), trends and legal environment.
Applied use of design thinking or customer oriented deliveries is a plus
Hands on experience with customer feedback based user journey mapping is a plus
