Group Facility Management and Operation Manager
Scope:
To account for strategic setup and steering of FM division to ensure overall target achievement and efficient execution of strategies within division covering Operation in Soft facility management (e. g. cleaning service, green care service), Hard facility management (e. g. maintenance of technical devices, repairs, investment CAPEX projects and energy and environment. To enhance the cost-effective use of budget for the management of company properties. To account for maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the MOL GROUP and its employees
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for setting strategic direction for the function in line with MOL Group and MOL Group ASM strategic directions and Business divisional strategies. Create action plans and schedules for the implementation of the strategy and coordinates the implementation itself from Group level
Responsible for development and implementation of divisional strategies
Responsible for translating strategy into short-medium-long term plans, monitors the execution and initiates corrective actions if any deviation to realize the business strategy
Responsible for achievement of defined objectives and KPIs including delivery of savings targets
Setup the KPIs for all facility related positions, control and manage fulfillment
Responsible for setting up and performing KPI based supplier evaluation and development, managing relationships with strategic suppliers
Responsible for decision making on contracting of facility management operation including Soft services (e. g. cleaning, wintercare, greencare), Hard services (e. g. technology maintenance, ad hoc repair) and execution of FM related Capex projects
Accountable for setting strategic direction for decreasing of energy demand for the management of company properties
Responsible for understanding professional (internal) and market (external) changes and initiating transformation programs to adopt / leverage on that
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness of the operation of the buildings inline with government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards in MOL GROUP countries facility related spend
Accountable for allocation and managing space between buildings
Responsible for stakeholder management across Group, including reporting and communication towards the top management. Business partnering is ensured on all levels
Performs all other tasks entrusted to it by its direct supervisor in relation to the operation of the Facility Management organization on group / local level.
Requirements:
BSc/MSc degree in Economics/Technology education
5 years of experience in Facility Management
Experience with managing of group organization, project management
Intermediate English knowledge
Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving skills, decision – making, teamworking;
Customer focused approach – good communication skills;
Attention to details but also ability to see the implications for bigger picture;
Focused, structured thinking;
Driving licence type B – active user
