Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design: Develop engaging, learner-centric courses using e-learning and blended learning methods, integrating multimedia elements, and applying adult learning principles.
Learning Platforms: Administer and optimize learning platforms, manage content libraries, and ensure seamless functionality.
Content Management: Curate, update, and deliver learning content aligned with business needs, maintaining accuracy and relevance.
Support & Training: Provide technical assistance, training, and user guides to learners and administrators.
Data & Reporting: Analyze learning program performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Skills: Proficiency in digital learning platforms, content authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe CC), SCORM, and xAPI. Strong creativity, coordination, and attention to detail.
Experience: Prior experience in instructional design, e-learning, and platform administration.
Language: Fluent in English.
