Within the Financial Planning and Reporting department our Team provides business partnering support for Mobility and Digital Consumer Services to optimize value creation and decision-making across the Group.
Now our Team is looking for a highly skilled financial professional as:
Group Mobility and Digital Finance Team Lead
Location: Budapest, MOL Campus

Scope of the position:
Here, you'll immerse yourself in comprehensive financial processes, playing a crucial part in shaping the company's financial direction and providing valuable insights that directly impact our strategic decisions.
Your tasks will be:
Serve as the primary contact for Mobility and Digital managers and coordinate finance experts across Group and local teams.
Oversee planning, reporting, and analysis preparation (strategic plans, forecasts, reports), ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with management expectations.
Provide financial support for decision-making on projects and initiatives, representing finance in strategy creation.
Manage and oversee financial controls in bookkeeping and support annual audits.
Standardize and supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) and the Business Balanced Scorecard (BBSC) at the Group level.
We are looking for you if:
You have a University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,
At least 5 years working experience within financial riporting, business analyst roles,
Experience in people management,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Hungarian,
Strong stakeholder skills,
Knowledge of general corporate processes, accounting, corporate finance,
Service- and process-oriented mindset,
Analytical thinking,
Proactivity with a problem solving mindset.
