Now our Team is looking for a highly skilled financial professional as:

Treasury Project Management Analyst

Location: Budapest, XI. district - MOL Campus

Scope of the position:

Drive impactful treasury projects by transforming data into actionable insights. As part of our Group Treasury team, you will play a key role in data collection and analysis, helping to optimize financial strategies. This role is ideal for those with a foundation in Treasury and/or Finance, a keen analytical mindset, and a passion for collaboration across teams.

Your tasks will be:

Support Group Treasury projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with goals.

Collect and analyze data to identify patterns and provide insights for treasury decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Shared Services, to drive project success.

Assess the impact of Treasury driven changes, evaluating financial, operational, and strategic implications.

Enhance processes and integrate new technologies, improving efficiency within the Treasury function.

We are looking for you if you:

Have university or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,

Have minimum 3 years of experience in treasury or finance roles, project management experience is an advantage,

Have strong data analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and software, including Excel, Data Warehouse solutions and data visualization tools (e. g. Datasphere, SAC, Power BI)

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels,

Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and adaptability,

Are a comprehensive thinker, flexible and possessing strong problem-solving skills and a business approach.

Have experience with big data and data-driven process analytics is a plus.
