Due to the expansion of our commercial and logistics team, we are looking for a new colleague responsible for groupage freight forwarding.

• Maintaining contact with international freight forwarding partners
• Planning linehaul routes
• Organizing domestic and international deliveries and collections
• Monitoring and controlling costs continuously
• Expanding supplier relations on the subcontractor side, increasing capacity, and researching reliable freight forwarding and transport partners
• Preparing quotations: Developing, coordinating, and following up on customized, professional, and detailed offers for potential or incoming clients
• Customer relationship management: Daily communication with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors
• Administration: Managing and recording contracts, quotations, and related documents

• Proficiency in English at an active communication level
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident and assertive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Resilient and hard-working personality
• Flexibility
• Good logical and analytical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Internet use
• 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, especially in groupage transportation
