Management of the development project portfolio of the operation unit (in terms of hardware and software)

Representation of the operation unit in the competence center

Resource and budget planning at portfolio level, project monitoring and reporting

Responsible for implementing the entire project portfolio in compliance with internal regulations and processes, within defined goals, timing and budgets

Setting project goals and milestones and approval of the project plan

Monitor project schedule, quality assurance, and costs

Project tracking, risk management

Professional and disciplinary management and professional development of project leaders

Customer communication and contact in case of escalations Requirements / Elvárások

BSc/MSc degree in engineering

At least 15+ years of professional work experience

At least 5 years of project and people management experience in automotive developments

Proven leadership and management skills in large-scale projects

Negotiation level knowledge of English

Advanced communication and networking skills

Structured thinking, process orientation

Problem-solving, goal-oriented attitude

Team-oriented approach

Willingness to travel
