Head of Sales
Primary Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute detailed sales strategies to meet company goals and boost revenue.
Guide, mentor, and inspire a high-achieving sales team, offering direction, training, and support to help team members realize their full potential.
Perform in-depth market research and analysis to spot emerging trends, opportunities, and potential obstacles, aiding strategic decision-making.
Build and sustain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, events, and marketing efforts, and manage the conversion of leads into successful sales.
Regularly assess and refine the sales process to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness, adopting best practices and leveraging technology where appropriate.
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor performance against targets, delivering regular reports and insights to senior management.
Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving company objectives.
Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
10 to 12 years of sales experience in a multinational setting.
