- Lead the Sales Teams of 3 to grow profit and volumes. Focus on Airfreight, Seafreight and Roadfreight.
- Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing), negotiate new projects and contract terms
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Monitor sales and servicing metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
- At least 5 years of sales experience within Air, Sea Forwarding
- Minimum 4 years of sales management/leadership position
- Business fluent in English
- IT literacy
- Knowledge about the market and freight forwarding industry
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
- Knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budget processes
- Excellent organization and leadership skills
- Customer focused with proactive attitude
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
