Recruitment:
- Assessing workforce needs in collaboration with managers.
- Organizing job interviews, conducting and evaluating the first round.
- Comparing candidates based on requirements, hard and soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Developing recruitment strategies and tools (e. g. , utilized platforms, service providers).
Onboarding:
- Supporting the integration of new employees.
- Preparing employment contracts and coordinating notifications with the IT operations team.
- Delivering company introduction presentations and organizing the business unit onboarding process.
Performance Evaluation:
- Facilitating the definition of SMART goals.
- Conducting quarterly KPI evaluations.
- Providing feedback to colleagues and managers on employee performance.
- Developing performance management systems.
Offboarding:
- Administering the exit process and ensuring legal compliance.
- Conducting exit interviews, recording, and forwarding feedback.
Change Management:
- Ensuring a smooth transition during changes in key positions.
- Communication and support for managers and affected employees, including participation in developing client communication strategies when necessary.
HR Administration and Legal Compliance:
- Organizing and maintaining employment contracts, job descriptions, attendance sheets, training records, and other documentation.
- Optimizing HR administrative processes and exploring digitalization opportunities.
- Overseeing occupational health and safety programs.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and standards related to employee rights, health, safety, and equal opportunities.
Leadership Consulting:
- Supporting executives and business unit managers in workforce-related decisions (e. g. , performance evaluation, conflict management, compensation strategies).
Internal Training:
- Assessing training needs, developing, and implementing training plans – taking into account industry-specific certification requirements dictated by vendor partnerships (e. g. , Microsoft, Sophos, Palo Alto Networks, CyberArk) and procurement processes.
- Developing individual development plans.
- Monitoring training outcomes and reporting.
Organizational Culture Development:
- Planning and implementing team-building programs.
- Promoting a positive workplace atmosphere and employee engagement.
Reporting:
- Generating reports (e. g. , turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, workforce productivity).
- Reporting to superiors and authorized employer representatives.
- Education: Higher education degree.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in business English at a minimum C1 level, both spoken and written.
- Clean Criminal Record.
