WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

At MOL Group, we are dedicated to supporting our HR Partners in all partnering areas to drive strategic goals. As a Cross-Divisional HR Partner Growwwer, you will provide daily support to HR Partners, assist in preparing decision-making materials, and contribute to group-level projects. You will play a key role in implementing initiatives from the Center of Excellence (COE) areas, including Learning and Development, Reward, and Recruitment, while ensuring best practices are shared across the organization. Additionally, you will support HR processes such as the Annual People Cycle and annual headcount planning, as well as analyze reports and identify process improvement opportunities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND: Your Background: You have a higher education degree in economics, law, human and social sciences, or a related field. Your Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, ideally in HR-related tasks. Your Skills: You have strong analytical and data visualization skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in creating reports and assisting in administrative HR tasks. Your Personality: You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with different stakeholders. You have a structured approach to problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset. Language Skills: You are fluent in English.
