Main responsibilities:

Support HR transition projects eg. providing assistance in process assessment and scope definition

Participate in knowledge transfers and other service transtion activities

Support HR Business Process Analysts in HR system implementation tasks

Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing

Support Change Request Management activities on country level

Support HR Business Process Analysts in liaison with the IT organization in handling questions

Participate in system and process improvements

Create and update system and process documentation

Train new and existing employees about processes and usage of HR systems

Support the administration of HR processes and procedures

Capture and maintain employee data in the digital landscape, ensuring data quality and access to be in line with policies

Required skills:

Degree in business administration or HR

2-3 years of experience in HR projects (HR transition and / or HR system implementation)

Advanced computer skills (tech & digitization affinity)

Fluent in English and French
