As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Support employees in HR-related questions
- Maintain contact with employees via phone and online communication
- Provide technical assistance for HR tools and systems
- Execute HR administration
- Guide employees on HR Procedures and policies
You are the ideal candidate, if you have:
- Fluent English and French language knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Confidence with MS Office tools
- Experience in a Customer Service/administrative role is an advantage, but not necessary
