About the Role
We are looking for a Group HR Technology & Analytics Senior Expert to lead transformative initiatives at the intersection of human resources, technology, and data analytics. This strategic role will empower our organization by improving HR processes, fostering data-driven decision-making, and optimizing HR technology solutions. As a key leader within our team, you will align HR technology with business goals and play a critical role in the success and growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP HR systems, including SAP HCM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and HR, to ensure global HR technology solutions meet business needs.
Manage and facilitate cross-country HR technology projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Conduct process mapping to identify areas for improvement and standardization across HR functions.
Develop and document HR workflows, aligning them with organizational objectives and best practices.
Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
Monitor HR IT trends, propose new developments, and leverage system synergies across the organization.
Ensure compliance of HR technology solutions with data protection and privacy regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
College or University degree in Business or IT.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR technology and analytics.
Proven expertise in process mapping, optimization, and standardization within HR functions.
Strong track record in implementing strategic HR technology solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Expertise in SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
Experience with digital HR solutions.
Fluency in English (professional level).
