IMM Compensation and Tax Expert
International Mobility Compensation and Tax Expert
MOL Group seeks an experienced IMM Compensation and Tax Expert to shape our global mobility policies and ensure compliance with international taxation and social security regulations. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing IMM compensation strategies and advising on complex tax matters to support our organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain IMM tax and social security policies and processes.
Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary actions to ensure compliance.
Coordinate tax return processes and act as the primary contact for our tax vendors.
Advise senior executives and serve as the main contact for Group Reward on compensation projects.
Provide guidance on international compensation trends and coordinate IMM compensation initiatives across teams.
Qualifications:
Education: University degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in international tax/social security and mobility management.
Skills: Expertise in tax equalization, tax reimbursement schemes, and international payroll processes. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and SAP.
Language: Fluent in English (Hungarian proficiency preferred).
