STLE Holdings Kft. , is a well established company dealing in pharmaceuticals. The company imports and exports goods with 35 countries globally. STLE Holdings Kft. , wants to develop business in Europe for commodities, refined oils, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and pigments.

Feladatok:

Manage the end-to-end process of import and export activities, including order placement, logistics coordination, and delivery schedules.

Help design and maintain administrative processes within the company

Prepare and review shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and letters of credit.

Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to shipping, customs clearance, or product quality.

Research global market trends to identify opportunities for new suppliers or customers.

Elvárások:

The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics or Economics

Fluent English knowledge both verbal & written

Proficiency of Microsotf Office (Word, Power Point, Outlook etc. )

Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and Incoterms

Előnyt jelent:

Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
