Incident management specialist

Then your place is here with us within MOLGroup Digital Factory Consumer service business unit as an Incident Management expert based in Budapest, MOL Campus
Key Responsibilities:
Support junior and senior IT Operations Experts, focusing on 2-3 country domains.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, manage incident tickets, and ensure timely resolution according to ITSM standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide real-time updates on service issues and resolutions.
Monitor and maintain SLAs, escalating issues to senior experts and product owners when necessary.
Document IT operations processes and update knowledge base practices.
Participate in IT service design, continuous improvement initiatives, and vendor/license management.
Requirements:
BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in IT service management or IT operations.
Experience with Agile DevOps, modern ITSM strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and team management.
ITIL Foundation certificate required; TOGAF or SAFe certification is a plus.
Fluent in English and at least one Central Eastern European language.
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership, stakeholder management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working with diverse cultures and teams.
