Key Responsibilities:

Drafting contracts and optimizing procurement processes

Requesting quotes from approved suppliers

Building client relationships for cost-effective cooperation

Contributing to profit maximization by achieving cost reduction goals

Maintaining communication with requisitioners and operational buyers

Identifying new suppliers and integrating them into the system

Representing procurement goals and participating in strategic decisions

Adhering to procurement KPIs and developing necessary improvements

Qualifications and Skills:

Higher education degree

2+ years of experience in a similar role

Outstanding communication skills

Customer-oriented approach

Reliability and precision

Teamwork skills

Confident, communicative level of English

Advanced computer skills

Knowledge of German is an advantage
