Within the Indirect Tax and Contract Reviewing team, our job is to provide business support from a complex financial point of view, covering all types of taxes, especially VAT.

Indirect Tax and Financial Contracts Expert

Location: Budapest, MOL Campus

Scope of the position:

Here, you'll immerse yourself in complex financial processes, playing a crucial part in shaping the company's financial direction and providing valuable insights that directly impact our strategic decisions. We can assure you that in addition to varied tasks, professional development and finding new professional challenges are guaranteed every day.

Your tasks would include:

Reviewing contracts and business constructions from a financial and tax perspective, with a focus on VAT.

You will prepare internal briefings, resolutions, and provide input on regulations and proposals from a tax standpoint.

You will assist with VAT compliance, process development, and managing tax risks.

Additionally, you'll offer expert VAT consulting to various internal departments.

You’ll also support VAT-related tasks such as foreign VAT registrations, tax inspections, and legal procedures.

We are looking for you if:

You have a University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,

At least 5 years working experience within indirect tax/ VAT compliance or advisory positions,

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Hungarian,

Strong stakeholder skills,

Advantages:

SAP user-level knowledge,

Accounting qualification is an advantage.
