About Us: MOL is a leading oil industry company committed to delivering exceptional fuel card services to our customers and partners. Our Fuel Card department plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless invoicing and transaction handling across multiple countries.

Purpose of the Position: As an Invoicing and Transaction handling Operation Expert, you will coordinate, organize, and supervise the work of card invoicing and transaction handling services. You will perform invoicing and settlement activities while providing related customer service to both external and internal corporate clients and MOL subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue mass and individual invoices for MOL subsidiaries by invoicing deadlines mainly on value added services and legacy service areas

Handling complex complaints from customers

Acquire knowledge and provide professional support to Card teams, Sales, Support, and Customer Care team, supervise junior staff

Participate in testing of developments to ensure proper implementation of card services according to the new Card strategy roadmap

Prepare reports

Assisting improvement of card services, drafting and updating MOL regulations

Requirements:

Secondary School (preferred economics or finance)

University or Collage (preferred economics or finance) is an advantage

2-3 years of specialized experience in an international environment

Advanced verbal and written English

Detail-oriented, Clarity and accuracy regarding data input

Well organized

Pro-active, agile attitude

Good communication skills, Team player, Customer and result oriented

Have a calm and professional attitude even under pressure from the client

IT knowledge: MS Office, Outlook, Teams
