• Provide independent or team-based technical support to customers, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
• Develop comprehensive technical solutions and produce design documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
• Offer clear guidance on the setup, configuration, and upgrades of Access Network Products.
• Support pre-sales activities, including testing, bidding, and conducting workshops related to Fixed Access Networks.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues during testing, workshops, and bidding processes, offering the customer necessary support and recommendations. Ensure ongoing collaboration with customers and attend workshops when required.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network/application issues, identifying root causes and providing solutions.
• Leverage departmental tools, technical expertise, lab equipment, and online resources to deliver effective technical solutions to customers.

• Knowledge of P, PE, and RR router architectures.
• Understanding of telecom equipment and troubleshooting hardware, software, and communication issues.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and replicate issues in a lab environment.
• Strong grasp of the OSI model and TCP/IP protocols.
• Expertise in Ethernet, Layer 2 switching, and VLAN principles.
• Familiarity with WAN links (e. g. , PPP, POS), their modes, and applications.
• In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP) and route policies.
• Understanding of MPLS L3VPN, L2VPN, VPLS, and VRRP.
• Proficiency with network management protocols (e. g. , SNMP), operating systems, and database commands.
• Basic network security knowledge.
• Mastery of MPLS TE and QoS strategy formulation.
• Understanding of high-availability (HA) designs (e. g. , BFD, GR, FRR, FC).
• Knowledge of typical datacom equipment (routers, switches), their performance indices, and network setups.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot basic services on routers and switches.
• Familiarity with upgrading and maintaining telecom products.
• Proficiency with data collection, inspection, and upgrade tools, as well as remote measurement tools.
• Experience with network management system installation and equipment monitoring.

• Experience with multi-vendor network products.
• Knowledge of 5G technology.
• Familiarity with telecom equipment troubleshooting, including hardware, software, and communications malfunctions.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and replicate issues in a lab environment.
• Understanding of MPLS TE, QoS, and high-availability (HA) designs.
• Experience with network management systems and their installation.
• Proficiency in using advanced data collection and upgrade tools.
