The MOL ITD GBS Hungary Ltd. (Mol subsidiary in field of IT) is looking for a colleague based in MOL Budapest Campus for the following position of IT Application opearation Expert (Circular economy) Responsibilities:

Operate the IT systems of MOL Group Circular Economy business

Help coordinate the daily tasks of the operation team

Deploy releases of test and production environments

Ensure the continuity of business in case of IT emergencies

Keep contact and support business partners, system developers and external partners

Manage incoming incident, request and problem tickets

Keep the relevant IT operation documentations up to date

Coordinate issue resolutions with vendors and infrastructure teams

Participate in service introductions as an expert

Required knowledge:

College/university degree or equivalent work experience

At least 5 years’ experience in application operation

Knowledge of Cloud technologies and Azure Dev/ops

TSQL knowledge

English language knowledge in written and oral

Good communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Innovative thinking

Proactivity

Basic level scripting knowledge

Advantage:

ITIL knowledge

Knowledge of MuleSoft

Knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring

Team leader skills
