Then your place is here with us as a IT Business Analyst (supporting Asset & HSE field) based in Budapest MOL Campus, Hungary

Responsibilities:

- Coordinates the execution of MOL Group business, functional and IT strategy in their department, focusing on areas performing core business functions.

- Cooperates with relevant business and functional areas and Business Analysts to analyse business processes and requirements, handle business requests from technical side and leads preparation and execution of IT development plans to fulfil business needs (including resource estimation)

- Under the professional guidance of Lead Developers, performs technical analysis and design of IT systems supporting the operation of MOL Group.

- Coordinates professional execution of solution design, implementation & unit testing activities, ensures support of key users during further testing phases and handover of solution to IT Application & Infrastructure Operations teams.

- Participates in the evaluation of suppliers involved in application development or introduction, occasionally leads workgroups performing these activities.

- Maintains contemporary knowledge of IT solutions, industry benchmarks and trends in their area and strives to apply these in their job

- Participates IT development processes, projects and change requests in their area.

- Participates in 3rd level application support in order to mitigate and resolve incidents related to applications in their area.

Requirements:

- BSC or MSC degree in IT, Engineering or Economics

- 3-5+ years relevant experience in similar IT Business analyst tasks preferably in multinational environment

- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills both in Hungarian and English

- Self-dependence, results orientation, effective time and task management, structural thinking, analysis approach, stakeholder management

- Ability to learn and apply new technical knowledge and skills

- MS Office tools

- Advantages: Experience with some of the followings: any IT ERP, CRM or Test Management System; SAP & SAP Solution Manager, Microsoft Azure DevOps, etc.
