IT Engineer - Level 2 OT support

Provide L2 support of defined global IT Services to our internal and external stakeholders at Operational Technology area. These are the IT System and Network Monitoring and the Remote Access management services.
Ensure standards, reliable and effective operations of defined IT and OT services, even beyond the guidelines.
Manage and operate IT infrastructure components of mentioned IT services.
Continuously improve the operations of these IT services and related standards.
Handle and document Remote Access management, IT System Monitoring requests and incidents in the ticketing system.
Analyze logs, events, incidents regular basis of Monitoring and Remote Access management systems. Based on the analyses propose, define, execute and follow-up professional corrective actions to ensure the quality of these services and improve them.
Close cooperation with various IT, OT departments and external machine suppliers Requirements / Elvárások
Deep understanding one of supported services: IT System and Network Monitoring and/or Remote Access management. Ideally familiar with one of our existing enterprise technologies and tools.
Good knowledge of on-premise MS Windows infrastructure is required, Linux is optional.
Working experience in the field of Operational Technology would be a plus.
Microsoft cloud infrastructure experience would be an advantage.
Problem solving thinking, capable to analyze and propose solutions or workarounds.
Proactive, self-confident attitude but able and capable to follow standards and policies.
Good Hungarian and English knowledge is required, German would be an advantage.
3-5 years Level 1 and/or Level 2 support experiences ideally in one of the mentioned services above.
Readiness for continuous trainings and educations.
Willingness to work flexibly if needed.
Willingness to work with colleagues from different cultures.
