• Oversee the deployment, upgrades, hotfixes, and security patches on Linux/Unix systems.
• Manage system security scans to ensure optimal protection.
• Handle account management, including account creation, tracking, and deletion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as platform and application layer support, to ensure smooth operations.
• Take ownership of the infrastructure domain delivery for software projects across the European region. This includes managing project timelines, conducting site surveys, producing Low-Level Designs (LLD), and guiding the team through successful delivery.
• Introduce new capabilities within the infrastructure domain and assist with team leadership and management.

• Strong knowledge of Linux, including database management and virtualization skills.
• Experience in server and system configuration for the deployment, testing, and integration of large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software applications.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, networking equipment, Linux operating systems, SAN storage, and Oracle databases.
• A comprehensive understanding of hardware/software integration issues and the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Proven skills in incident and problem management, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues related to network, OS, database, hardware, and software components, as well as perform incident trend and root cause analysis.
• Capacity to identify risks and potential single points of failure within the infrastructure, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Experience in performance tuning and capacity forecasting to ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

• Experience with SAN storage configurations
• Knowledge of Oracle databases
• Familiarity with Low-Level Design (LLD) and project delivery
• Experience in performance tuning and capacity forecasting
• Skills in identifying and mitigating risks/single points of failure in infrastructure
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as platform and application layer support
• Experience in incident trend analysis and root cause identification
• Knowledge of advanced networking protocols and equipment

• Experience in managing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software applications
