Act as a technical bridge between IT and OT cybersecurity teams, ensuring seamless integration and communication between both domains. Develop and implement measures that enhance the security posture of both IT and OT systems, while fostering a collaborative environment across teams.

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive security architectures for both IT and OT environments. Ensure these architectures align with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct risk assessments of IT and OT systems. Identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies to ensure the security of mission critical infrastructure and manufacturing processes related to product security.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the IT/OT Security Program, ensuring that it addresses the unique challenges posed by integrating IT and OT systems. This includes the establishment of cryptographic control, secure communication protocols, network segmentation, and access control measures.

Collaborate with other cybersecurity teams to ensure that other security initiatives are aligned with the broader organizational security strategy. Provide guidance and training to IT and OT teams on security best practices and emerging threats. Requirements / Elvárások

5-7 years of experience working within IT/OT Security Programs, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sectors. A deep understanding of the unique security challenges posed by operational technology environments is essential.

Proficient knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and its application in securing both IT/OT and product security systems.

Demonstrated experience with offensive/defensive security methodologies and tools used in OT environments, including penetration testing and vulnerability management.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and the integration of IT and OT networks, ensuring secure and efficient data flow between business and operational systems.

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to OT security, such as IEC 62443, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/SAE 21434.

Industrial Control Systems: Initial experience in dealing with technologies and protocols for industrial control systems and networks (e. g. SCADA, ICS) along with an understanding of the compliance requirements in industrial security.

Certifications: Relevant/recognised security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, SANS or equivalent, are highly advantageous.

Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge
