As an IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT software development and software integration projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they meet predefined objectives and stakeholder expectations, timelines, budgets and quality standards. Additionally, you will coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure that stakeholders are kept informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. You will also work closely with business and IT departments to analyze requirements and design effective solutions.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

• Project Management Expertise: At least 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with solid knowledge of both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with IT RDI projects, UI/UX project experience is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Software Development, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other recognized project management certifications are an advantage.
• Languages: Fluency in Hungarian and English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Software Skills: Familiarity with project management software such as Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Experience with software development frameworks and tools, version control systems, UX/UI design, budgeting and KPI reporting is an advantage.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster teamwork across geographically dispersed teams.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage change and adapt to evolving project needs.
