About the Role
We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Project Manager who is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines. They leverage both traditional project management methodologies (e. g. , PRINCE2, PMI-PMP) and Agile frameworks (e. g. , Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to drive success across cross-functional teams. Occasionally, they act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, preparing for PI planning and ensuring team alignment. The role is central in coordinating resources, managing delivery and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
Lead projects end-to-end using a hybrid of Waterfall and Agile methods, aligning project goals with company objectives and managing scope, budget, and timelines.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Refinement, Demos, Retrospectives), enabling effective sprint cycles.
Support PI (Program Increment) planning to ensure planned efforts stay within budget and align with organizational priorities.
Act as Scrum Master, facilitating the "how" (implementation approach) defined by the development team in response to the Product Owner’s "what" (functional requirements), ensuring the Product Owner and Scrum Master roles are equal yet distinct.
Coach and support the development team in Agile practices to continuously improve processes, maintain framework adherence, and promote self-organization.
Assist in estimating user stories, maintaining backlog health, and ensuring high story quality, raising any decisions to the Product Owner as needed.
Track and report on sprint progress, budget adherence, and team commitments to stakeholders, escalating business-related blockers to the Product Owner and addressing technology-related impediments directly.
Monitor team capacity and proactively resolve resource constraints, balancing workload to meet project goals.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks, ensuring that IT teams understand the business context, while helping business stakeholders understand technical possibilities and limitations.
About Your Experience and Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field.
Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe (Scrum Master, Agilist, PO) are strongly preferred.
PMI PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is nice to have
Additional Lean Six Sigma or other project management certifications are advantageous.
Experience
5+ years in project management, with experience in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
Demonstrated experience acting as Scrum Master, leading Agile ceremonies, and coaching development teams.
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
Track record of delivering projects within scope, time, and budget.
Professional competencies
Demonstrated ability in PRINCE2 and/or PMI PMP, Scrum, Kanban and SAFe with a focus on hybrid project delivery models.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and the Product Owner/Scrum Master dynamic.
Strong resource management and capacity planning skills to manage team workloads effectively.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps.
A true leader to drive project delivery and team performance across methodologies.
Skilled in mentoring Agile teams, fostering accountability, and encouraging continuous improvement.
Effective facilitation of Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure clear team alignment and commitment.
Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
Professional use of MS Office suite.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making.
Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce) and SDLC

Strong communication skills to translate business needs into IT requirements and technical constraints into business-friendly insights and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities to handle project risks and roadblocks.
