- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English (verbal and written, at least B2).
- Knowledge of the local IT market.
- High-energy and passion.
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and creative approach to sourcing, and headhunting.
- Effective work under time pressure with changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Will be a plus
- Work experience at recruitment agencies.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian
