
IT Recruiter (6-Month Contract)
Our partner is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to support their hiring needs for a 6-month period. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to identify and attract top talent.
Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Strategic sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies using direct search, networking, and market research.
Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
Candidate management: Screen and assess applicants, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
Process compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices in recruitment.
Market insights: Provide competitive intelligence on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges. Elvárások / Requirements
3-5 years of experience in IT/Tech recruitment (either agency or in-house).
Proven ability to manage senior and niche technical hires.
Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
Knowledge of complex compensation structures and market trends.
Prior experience in a large multinational or financial institution is an advantage.
