Our multinational Partner is looking for an experienced colleague for the position below:

Ensure desktop support internal processes and procedures are adhered to;

Manage incidents/ service requests assigned to them until resolution/ execution;

Provide support to local and remote users;

Handle end-user escalation effectively and involve the EUC Manager accordingly;

Route/assign tickets to appropriate support group if necessary identifying and escalating high priority, high severity issues;

Updating pending tickets with timely, precise, and accurate updates;

Following up with end users or support groups, if necessary, for closure of pending tickets;

Creating and uploading knowledge-base articles;

Provide support to internal projects and ensure all assigned project deliverables are completed;

Understanding of Microsoft (MS) Windows 10/11, MS M365, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, network cabling, and patching;

Perform application support, Samsung and iPhone mobile device support, PC imaging, and housekeeping;

Hands and feet support for all IT Digital towers (Network, Security, Windows, Linux, and Unified Communications towers).
