Italian Accommodation Service Specialist
The Accommodation Services Team is responsible for working closely with our accommodation partners on a daily basis. Through phone and email communication in multiple languages, the team provides technological, financial, and operational support. As the primary point of contact, we guide our partners in navigating their relationship with us. This involves helping them create appealing profiles on our sales platforms, uploading high-quality photos, adding new room categories, and optimizing their inventory. We assist with managing their bookings and ensure that their products are well-presented and bookable across our channels. We also continually enhance their experience by improving our extranet system and implementing new payment solutions.
The Accommodation Services Specialist is an entry-level role within the Accommodation Services division, focused on onboarding and supporting accommodation partners. The specialist will work closely with the Accommodation Services Manager and collaborate with various teams on property sign-ups, partner relations, and project coordination.
Your tasks
- Guide partners in using the extranet and managing availability on the platform
- Assist with activating listings through calls, emails, and ticket systems, ensuring no backlog
- Handle support tickets from partners and the Market Management team with accuracy and professionalism
- Optimize content to boost conversion rates
- Prepare reports as needed
- Participate in market and competition analysis when required
- Resolve issues with key accounts, including matters related to transactions, cancellations, and connectivity
- Share best practices and continuously seek improvement
- Meet individual and team KPIs and follow company procedures
- Promote self-service tools for partners to manage their accounts independently
- Enhance team efficiency and revenue while improving workflows with other departments
- Improve partner satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)

- Quick adaptability to new technologies and a fast learner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade others
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting ambitious targets
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with minimal structure or formal processes
- Energetic, dynamic, and adaptable to change
- Operational mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
- Fluent in both English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Basic proficiency in computers and MS Excel
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
- At least one year of relevant work experience is preferred, although recent graduates are encouraged to apply
