Main responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for customers and commercial teams, ensuring seamless communication and support.

Provide exceptional assistance to clients and sales teams in your designated region, driving local success.

Handle operational customer complaints efficiently, turning problems into opportunities.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email while supporting the sales team with precision.

Required skills:

Excellent communication skills in English AND Italian

Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced, corporate environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent telephone manners and problem-solving abilities

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
