Senior Tech Lead Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of live banking system integrations (tech lead), actively develop, release, monitor, and operate Java-based and cloud-native microservice architecture.

Lead from-scratch back-office projects and 3rd party integrations, including requirements gathering, IT planning, full-stack and microservice development (database, frontend, backend, monitoring, testing), operation, and internal support. Support the planning and development of cloud-native migrations of existing systems and architectures, participate in DevOps + SysOps activities.

Lead a team of 2-3 developers, provide technological mentorship, manage agile development processes, and actively participate in code reviews.

Requirements:

Minimum AWS Certified Developer certification.

Confidence in Java Spring Boot, MySQL, MongoDB environments.

Full-stack mentality, experience in banking or insurance environments, and DevOps / DevSecOps / Cybersecurity competence are advantages.

At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer.

Ability to embrace the “What you build, you test, and own” mentality.

Experience in banking or insurance environments, AWS/Kubernetes/Docker, or DevOps is a plus.
