• Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc. ).
• Experience with DBMS (PostgreSQL or others).
• Experience with SQL.
• Familiarity with data warehouse and ETL.
• Advanced level of MS Excel.
• A clear understanding of the principles and specifics of software development methodologies (SDLC).
• Ability to elicitate and document user requirements (basic understanding of artifacts such as user stories, use case scenarios and SRS).
• Communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain good working relationships with external organizations and internal customers.
• Good time-management skills, ability to learn quickly and handle multi-tasking activities.
• Knowledge of requirements management tools: Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Minimum English proficiency at level B2.

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience with Python 3 (Pandas, Numpy, etc. ).
• Git/VCS experience.
• Understanding of data mining/analysis methods, working knowledge of statistical methods (Correlation, Regression, Cluster analysis, K-means, decision trees, etc. ).
• A/B testing techniques.
