
Junior Claim Manager

Conduct thorough reviews of claims, assessing their validity, and determining the appropriate course of action
Collaborate with internal legal teams, external counsel, and relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information for claim analysis and define the best claim strategy
Provide expert guidance to internal teams on claim-related matters, offering legal insights and risk assessments
Draft legal documents and manage any litigation that may arise from unresolved claims together with the legal team
Further develop and adapt efficient claim management procedures
Manage and oversee the end-to-end process of legal claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
Provide claim management trainings to colleagues
Maintain accurate and organized claim records, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards
Prepare reports and updates for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement in claim resolution processes Requirements / Elvárások
Degree in Law is required
At least 2 years of experience as a claim manager or in a similar role handling claims
Project management experience
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in English, German is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
