Our partner is a well-known Hungarian legal firm who is currently looking for a new colleague in a Registration and Documentation Specialist outsourced position.

Your new role

The Registration and Documentation Specialist is responsible for managing the registration and de-registration, intra-group transfer, and other asset-financing related documentation processes for vehicles entering the fleet. This role involves coordinating with various internal departments, contractual partners, external legal advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure that the leased (financed) vehicles are received on time and with the appropriate documentation. These processes are coordinated in English, so a high level of English proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential. The specialist handles the documentation for vehicles within the group, ensuring compliance with relevant rules and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management:

Maintaining an organized record of all documents related to vehicle registration, de-registration, intra-group transfer, and other asset-financing processes, uploading them to the appropriate folders, and forwarding them to the relevant authorities and contractual partners.

Coordination with Internal Departments, External Partners, and Authorities:

Providing the technical department with the leasing contract and related documentation before delivery.

Submitting necessary documents to authorities.

What you'll need to succeed

Legal degree.

Advanced English proficiency.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, a proactive and independent approach, ability to work independently and accurately.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and document management systems (e. g. , MS Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint).
