Junior Legal Counsel

Supporting the Hungarian Legal Director in day-to-day activities
Providing legal assistance to various business units, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations
Handling labor law and data protection matters
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
Assessing and mitigating legal risks for business projects
Collaborating with external legal firms and internal legal departments across different regions
Conducting legal research and staying updated on the latest legal trends and regulations
Regular business trips within Hungary to the company’s manufacturing units Elvárások / Requirements
Qualified lawyer with completed bar certification
5 years of relevant experience (together with the 3 years of experience before bar exam completion), preferably within an international corporate environment
Fluency in legal English (C1 level)
Familiarity with commercial law, labor law, and data protection
Ability to work independently with a high level of transparency
Strong communication skills, able to explain legal matters clearly to non-legal professionals
Business partnering mindset with a supportive attitude
Willingness to travel regularly within Hungary to the company’s manufacturing units
